Refund & Return Policy

Thank you so much for supporting our small business! Each set of press-on nails is carefully handmade with love and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our products, we have a few guidelines around refunds and returns:

💅 All Sales Are Final

Due to hygiene and customization, we do **not accept returns or offer refunds** on any nail sets once they’ve been purchased. This helps us maintain the highest safety standards for our customers.

🖌️ Damaged or Defective Products

If your nails arrive damaged or there’s an issue with your order (wrong size, missing item, etc.), please contact us within **48 hours of delivery** with:

* Your order number

* Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

We’ll do our best to make it right, either by sending a replacement or offering store credit, depending on the situation.

✨ Custom Orders

Custom sets are made just for you! Because of the time and materials involved, we cannot refund or remake custom orders unless there is an error on our part.

📦 Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by postal services, but we’ll gladly help you file a claim with the carrier if needed.
